Using Setup for Cabinet/Document Types
Admin > Fileroom > Set Up
The system admin account can select from a list of predefined cabinets and document types to help in your initial setup. Other than the system admin account, no other user has access to the “Set Up” page.
Under the Cabinet Type dropdown, select the cabinet you would like to add to your PinPoint fileroom, then click the Add button. To update the cabinet, go to Admin > Fileroom > Cabinets then double-click the cabinet you want to edit.
Under the Document Type” dropdown, select the document type you would like to add to PinPoint, then click the Add button. To update the document type go to Admin > Fileroom > Document Types then double-click the document type you want to edit.
