The My Workflow screen is used to show all tasks the user has waiting in a workflow to complete.

Users can search by Workflow and/or when their task is due to find a certain document or a group of documents. Users can also use Doc Type, Content and Metadata to locate specific documents in their workflow.


Start a Workflow Task (only need to do this if set in the administrative workflow settings)

  1. Select the task(s) you want to start.
  2. Click the Fx button that is located above all the other Fx buttons.
  3. Click the icon to the left of Start Workflow.

Complete a Workflow Task

  1. If you do not need to view the document before you complete the task, you can click the yellow or red icon next to the document name.
  2. If you need to view the document before you complete the task, click on the document name to have it opened in a new tab. From there, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Document Settings There you will see a checkmark to complete your task.

Complete Multiple Workflow Tasks

  1. Select the task(s) you would like to complete.
  2. Click the Fx button located above all the rest.
  3. Click the icon to the left of Complete Workflow.

Change the Status for Workflow Tasks

  1. Select the tasks you would like to change the status for.
  2. Select the new status for each task using the Status Change dropdown.
  3. Click the Fx button that is located above all the other Fx buttons.
  4. Click the icon to the left of Status Change.

Change Active Workflow Tasks

  1. Click the Fx button in the same column as task you want to change.
  2. Click the icon to the left of Change Task.
  3. Select the new task, then click Save.

Start a Non-Document Workflow

  1. Click the Non-Document Workflow button.
  2. Input a Name for the Non-Document Workflow.
  3. Select the Workflow to begin.
  4. Click Start.

Complete a Non-Document Workflow Task

  1. Click the yellow or red icon next to the name of the non-document workflow.
  2. Click Yes to confirm.

Complete Multiple Non-Document Workflow Tasks

  1. Select the Non-Document Workflow tasks you want to complete.
  2. Click the Checkmark icon to complete the selected task(s).

Change the Status for a Non-Document Workflow Task

  1. Select the Non-Document Workflow tasks you would like to change the status for.
  2. Select the new status for each task using the Status Change dropdown.
  3. Click the Change Workflow Status icon.
