This feature can be used to implement your specific learning procedures (courses, training programs, etc.) for administrative tracking and reporting.
Users can now assign workflow when they have a document open on the Gallery View page.
Users will not have to click the "Save" button after checking a document back in at the File Review screen, unless metadata is updated.
While logged in as your system’s admin account, you can reset any user’s security question and answer at the Manage Users page.
Can be set to any number of days to force users to change their passwords.
Non-document workflow can be triggered each time a task is completed in the on-board, as well as upon completion of the on-board.
