Using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, ARIE captures the full content of your files, and uses it to file your documents in the correct cabinet and folder.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
Store and edit any file type, with the ability to access PinPoint through any web-browser. Built-in PDF tools allow for markups, annotations, e-signatures, redactions, and highlighting. Additional user permissions include checking documents in and out, placing them on hold, finalizing a document, and sending secure links to files.
