With PinPoint cloud-based document management, you can define the cabinets, folders, and types of documents to fit your business. You can set security permissions on multiple levels within your file organization hierarchy, which can be applied to individual or groups of users. Even when sharing files, you can use secure links with passcodes and expirations. Data is encrypted both at rest and in transmission.
